Job Opening: Medical Practice Manager Assistant

Schedule

• Monday 11:00–20:00 (9 h)

• Tuesday 09:00–19:00 (10 h)

• Wednesday 09:00–16:00 (7 h)
  Totals 26 h/week (~104 h/month)

Compensation

• Training period (30 days): 14 000 COP/h → ~1 456 000 COP/month

• Post-training: 19 000 COP/h → ~1 976 000 COP/month

Ideal (but not mandatory) Qualifications:

Technical or university studies in Healthcare Administration or related field

• ≥1 year in a clinical or administrative healthcare environment

• Proficiency with Excel and/or medical management software (or willingness to learn)

• Fluent Spanish

• Required: English level B2 or higher

Responsibilities

• Manage patient and provider messages (no phone calls)

• Coordinate appointments, authorizations, and claims

• Organize and file clinical documentation

• Generate KPI reports
